10 Steps to Cementing the Appointment

1. Get agreement

2. Clear calendar

3. Then offer two times

4. Then confirmation #

5. Then house color

6. Big dog/gate?

7. #’s on house or mailbox?

8. Then confirm time again

9. Then tell them you are adding it to calendar

10. Then say: “I look forward to meeting you and helping you”

How to Book More Appointments

1. Call at different times of the day

▸ Early in the morning and late at night.

2. Change your dialing pattern

▸ Dial all leads 1 time through

▸ Dial all leads a 2nd & 3rd time through

▸ Dial all leads a 4th & 5th time through

3. Next day, triple dial them - 3 dials in a row

4. Later in the same day, use *67 before you dial

▸ Optional: triple dial *67

5. Use a different phone number

6. Final Expense Text:

▸ "If this is Dolores, call me ASAP!"

7. Mortgage Protection Text:

▸ Send picture of MTG lead card with 3 open times over the next 2 days & ask them to pick one

8. Door knock unreached leads with printed lead

▸ "I am the assigned field underwriter to your case"

9. Email: FEX leads you get their email

10. Leave a voicemail:

▸ Use the opening lines of a script

▸ Ask for a call back
